Construction status: Shell completed in Nymphenburg

We are currently building a high-quality multi-family villa with four spacious villa apartments and a penthouse near the Nymphenburg Castle. We give you a brief overview of the current construction status, including some pictures from the construction site.
With the completion of the roof ceiling, we have finished the shell of our multi-family villa EDITION PR35. The next construction phase, the interior finishing, has already started. Currently, the windows are being installed. The installation starts on the first and upper floor. The windows in the penthouse will be installed as soon as the ceiling formwork is removed. At the same time, slotting work, uncovering of the concrete boxes and wiring of the electrical installation has begun.
Our EDITION PR35 is being built in a historically grown villa district, just a few minutes' walk from the southern driveway of Nymphenburg Castle. The new villa will be built on a quiet corner plot surrounded by old trees.
