Classic villa architecture

With EDITION DA30, we have designed a contemporary residential building that interprets the character of the historic building in dimension, proportion and character with modern means. In the process, stylistic elements of 19th century villa architecture are used in a targeted manner. These include the mansard hipped roof typical of the surroundings, a stately entrance area, an elaborate façade structure with a completely surrounding classic cornice and finely structured manufactured wooden windows with elegant, slender frames. In contrast to traditional construction methods, the windows are designed to be room-high so that more sunlight can flood the living spaces. Balconies and terraces positioned specifically offer space for retreat and relaxation.
The high-quality villa comprises five residential units, each with two to seven rooms and Wohnﬂächen up to 237 m². The generous room heights of approx. 2.70 metres are intended to match the representative villa architecture. A spacious elevator connects all residential units from the underground car park to the attic. A burglar alarm system, connections for electric vehicles in the underground garage and BikeSafes for safe parking of high-quality bicycles are also included.
In the interior high-quality materials are used, which can be selected by the new owners of the respective dwelling - from the choice of the woods, tiles or stones for the floor coverings, over format and organization of the interior doors, up to the equipment of the Wellness baths. Also the floor plans of the villa apartments are individually adapted to personal living desires. The living areas can be equipped with either an open or a closed kitchen.
