This villa was designed and built to meet the needs of a young family with children. In addition to spacious, open floor plans and individual expansion options, the most important goal was to maximize privacy and quietness.

EDITION AW18 is an elegant multi-family villa with ten residential units. The property consists of two composite structures and was built in a particularly idyllic location in Obermenzing - in the first residential row opposite the river Würm and only a few minutes' walk from Blutenburg Castle.

In Munich-Schwabing, just a few minutes' walk from the English Garden, we are currently building a high-quality multi-family villa with only five spacious villa apartments. A special detail of this new construction property are the generous loggias and sun terraces, which open to the south and extend the living space as additional sun rooms into nature. Due to the construction of the building as a mezzanine floor, the garden apartments on the first floor also receive a particularly large amount of light and offer a great view of the green surroundings.

In a central location of Grünwald, we have realized an elegant office building in classical architecture. EDITION VR01 was built in the immediate vicinity of the center of Grünwald and has a high-quality interior, which underlines the representative character of the new building.
