Elegant multi-family villa in classic villa architecture
Nymphenburg

With EDITION DA30 we have designed an elegant residential building in representative villa architecture. The new building was created in a quiet villa district in Nymphenburg, just a few minutes' walk from Canaletto and the Nördliche Auffahrtsallee, and purposefully combines contemporary construction with stylistic elements of 19th century villa architecture.

With our EDITION FR19, we have designed a modern multi-family villa that offers space for five families and fits harmoniously into the listed and ensemble-protected Villenkolonie 1 in Obermenzing by interpreting the ductus of the original residential buildings in dimension, proportion and character with contemporary means.

Modern multy family villa in Bogenhausen
Bogenhausen

In a particularly charming location in Munich-Bogenhausen, we built this modern multi-family residence including four spacious villa apartments and one penthouse. EDITION ON37 was realized in the villa colony Am Priel-Hof, a historic residential district at the banks of the river Isar in Bogenhausen that is characterized by its neighbourhood of stately mansions.
