PROJECTMANAGER OR ARCHITECT (M/W/D)

Full-time | initially a fixed term contract of 15 months, with the option of a permanent position

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing, coordinating, and monitoring projects regarding execution, deadlines, schedules, costs, and quality standards
  • Coordinating and organizing specialist engineers, architectural services, and external project stakeholders
  • Awarding contracts to and managing tradespeople and specialist planners, including participation in contract negotiations

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in civil engineering, Architekcture, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in a similar role
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • A strong sense of responibility and cost awareness
  • High level of motivation and commitment
  • Solid IT skills (MS-Office, MS-Projekt)
  • Driving licence B
