Over the years, we have developed and built many high-quality new construction properties in the most beautiful locations in and around Munich. In this section we would like to present some of the villas and villa apartments we already built and show you what we could do for you, too.

Our villas and villa apartments in and around Munich
High quality villa apartments in Bogenhausen-Herzogpark

Herzogpark in Munich was laid out by Count Montgelas in 1805 and is appreciated by numerous public figures for its tranquility and privacy. With our EDITION AS33, we have realized a high-quality multi-family villa that does justice to its sophisticated surroundings in a special way. The prestigious new villa is located opposite a spacious park, offering an unobstructed view of the greenery.

High quality villa apartments on Lake Starnberg

With EDITION AM07 H-I-M Villenbau realized another luxurious multi-family villa in a prime location at Lake Starnberg. The property is located on a hill below the Almeida Castle and offers a fantastic lake view from all residential units due to its positioning on the hillside. The park-like property is only a few minutes walk from the center of the village and has a private path that allows a shortcut to the lake.

Stately new villa in Altbogenhausen

Our EDITION WH16 was designed in the tradition of the urban upper middle class. The elegant building with its differentiated facade of clinker bricks in combination with smooth plaster surfaces deliberately sets accents and contributes to the further development of the villa culture in Altbogenhausen.

High-quality villa apartments in contemporary BAUHAUS architecture

With our EDITION PM13 we have realized an elegant multi-family villa, which presents itself with clear lines and a self-confident, contemporary architecture. The structure opens to the south towards Pachmayrplatz in Bogenhausen-Denning with elaborately glazed terraces and loggias. The custom-made windows stage the view as a showcase to the park and offer diverse, unobstructable views to the green space with its old tree population.
