NEW BUILDING EDITION WM03
Elegant condominiums near the English Garden
In just a few months, we start building a high-quality multifamily villa in the heart of Munich-Schwabing. The new building features a sophisticated architectural style, inspired by Bauhaus, and is located near the English Garden: The Schwabinger Bach is only a few minutes' walk away from here, and poplocations like the Kleinhesseloher See with its lake house, the trendy district around Münchener Freiheit as well as Leopoldstraße are around the corner. The five spacious residential units of our EDITION WM03 are comfortably accessible by elevator and can be combined if desired.
EDITION WM03 will be constructed with a raised ground floor, allowing a particularly large amount of light into the garden apartments and offering a beautiful view of the green surroundings on the spacious sun terraces in the private garden. The upper-floor apartments, too, feature large south-facing loggias and sun terraces with floor-to-ceiling window elements. The penthouse roof terrace offers an impressive panoramic view of the charming residential quarter. Thanks to the elevated construction method, additional rooms in the basement can be created and equipped with daylight windows for flexible use.
Room for personality
Our team of specialists and interior designers supports you in all major and minor decisions that turn the planned apartment into your individual home. We optimize floor plans, develop lighting concepts and give you the opportunity to design your new condominium according to your own ideas and wishes right from the start. In doing so, we also implement complex changes within the scope of technical possibilities. From the room layout to the choice of woods, natural stones and tiles for floors and walls to the equipment of sanitary areas and wellness bathrooms or an open fireplace for the living area: We create room for personality.
Living in Schwabing
The Munich district of Schwabing is more than a home. Living in Schwabing is a way of life. The trendy neighborhood, which was first mentioned in a document under the Latin name "Swapinga" in 782 and is actually around 400 years older than the city of Munich itself, stands for an unmistakable charm that is famous far beyond the borders of the Bavarian capital. For here the art of living has a long tradition.
Following the founding of the university and the art academy, Schwabing developed into a stronghold of the fine arts, architecture and literature. The numerous pubs and cafés were home to the "Munich bohemian scene". Artists and creative people such as Paul Klee, Wassily Kandinsky or Franz von Stuck, who founded Art Nouveau at the end of the 19th century, as well as great poets and thinkers such as Thomas and Heinrich Mann achieved world fame in Schwabing. Right next door, the English Garden with its extensive green spaces, idyllic streams and renowned beer gardens offers recreation from the colorful life of the neighborhood. It is this special blend of natural idyll and variety that has made Schwabing what it is today: one of Munich's most attractive and sought-after residential locations.
