New building EDITION BF07
In the tradition-rich community of Berg on Lake Starnberg, we have built an elegant villa ensemble with nine spacious villa apartments. Our EDITION BF07 consists of three structures harmoniously placed in size and proportion to each other, facing the lake on a slope. Room-high glazing with custom-made lift-and-slide door constructions as well as large sun terraces in front with glazed balcony balustrades create impressive visual references between the high-quality furnished rooms and the surrounding natural space.
Clear lines, extensive glazing and plenty of space for relaxation: we have created this elegant ensemble of villas on one of the few available building plots in Berg am Starnberger See. The traditional community of Berg on the eastern shore of Lake Starnberg is associated with a number of important names. Probably the most famous is the aristocratic house of Wittelsbach, which during the reign of the Bavarian kings maintained a preferred summer residence at nearby Berg Castle.
The approx. 5,000 m² area on which the EDITION BF07 villa ensemble was built is located in the neighbourhood of this historic monument on one of the noblest residential streets in Germany. A special feature of this location is the extraordinary privacy: The property is surrounded on two sides by a nature reserve and lies embedded between solitary private villas, which characterize the quiet and upscale neighborhood with elegant architecture and spacious gardens. It is only a few metres on foot to the lake shore with its bathing and mooring bays. Access to the underground car parks is via a private road starting from the lakeside promenade.
EDITION BF07 is an ensemble of three buildings, harmoniously placed in size and proportion, which are oriented towards the lake on a slope. The multi-family villas were realised in a contemporary interpretation of Bauhaus architecture. In order to ensure the greatest possible privacy, each new villa comprises only two generously proportioned villas and one penthouse. The modern new villas open up to Lake Starnberg via room-high glazing with custom-made lift-sliding door constructions and large sun terraces with glazed balcony balustrades. This creates impressive visual references between the high-quality equipped rooms and the surrounding natural environment.
