New building EDITION G22
Our EDITION G22 was built in the idyllic suburban quarter Munich-Waldtrudering, being located on the threshold between urban life and nature. The elegant multifamily residence is optimized to offer maximum comfort of living. All four residential units as well as the penthouse feature generously dimensioned and almost threshold-free floor plans. The ecological construction with environmentally friendly materials further adds to the well-being of the future residents.
The city within easy reach and yet nature right at the doorstep – in the quiet and sought-after residential area Waldtrudering in the East of Munich we built an elegant multi-family mansion on the threshold between urban life and outdoor leisure.
EDITION G22 is designed in a modern style of classic BAUHAUS architecture and optimized for maximum living comfort: all four units as well as the penthouse are generously dimensioned and executed using a minimum of barriers; clean lines dominate the structure.
Room heights of around 2,7 m to 3 m convey a liberating sense of space. Large-scale sliding window elements fill the interiour with light and sun while opening up to the green surroundings. The spacious, glazed main hallway emphasizes the elegant and relaxing atmosphere of the villa.
In EDITION G22 aesthetics and quality meet functionality: the multi-family mansion was designed and built as a KfW Effizienzhaus 70. In addition to a very solid "case", the building was equipped with intelligent, future-oriented technologies and an energy-efficient heating system. The ecological design using eco-friendly materials further adds to the well-being of its residents.
