New standards in traditional villa construction

Villa construction has a long tradition in the elegant quarter "Herzogpark" in Munich-Bogenhausen. From the Prinzregentenzeiteit until today, an impressive variety of representative city villas has been built in this representative area. Our EDITION MK105 sets new standards in traditional villa construction, featuring state-of-the-art technical equipment that has been adapted to the needs of the future residents down to the last detail – from complex BUS systems to energy-saving design fireplaces or luxurious wellness spas.

The district Bogenhausen is one of the most sought-after living areas in Munich and Germany. Villa architecture in particular has a long tradition here, reaching back to the Prinzregentenzeit ("prince's regent's time") and bringing forth an impressive variety of representative villas, such as Villa Stuck or the Thomas-Mann-Haus.

In the midst of this historically grown residential area we have built a multi-family luxury villa.  EDITION MK105 is located in the middle of Herzogpark, living up to its privileged location in every way. In this villa everything is a bit more exclusive, more spacious, more luxurious.

The elegant villa was realized in BAUHAUS-style, including five classy villa apartments with extra-large, threshold-free living areas up to more than 320 m². The building presents itself with a sophisticated, light-flooded entrance area. The apartments, too, are equipped with specially manufactured window and door elements that reach from floor to ceiling. Westbound, spacious loggias, balconies and roof terraces open up towards a garden area with mature trees, offering an idyllic refuge in this special location between nature and urban life.

The technical equipment of this multi-family villa sets new standards: The entire property was secured using state-of-the-art safety and security technology. The XXL- underground parking provides every parking lot with a connection to a charging station for electric cars. Extra spacious single parking lots allow for comfortable maneuvering, even for large limousines. High-quality bikes can be parked separately in so-called bike safes, which offer a charging station for electric vehicles, too.

A modern design lift offers easy access to the house, connecting the underground parking and entrance area with all residential levels. In one villa apartment, we implemented on special request intelligent KNX technology, allowing the entire technology to be controlled via iPad. Further special features include fully automatic watering of terrace greenery, design fireplaces with energy-saving fireclay bricks, elaborate lighting design, which was implemented with equally energy-saving LED technology, or threshold-free rain showers, which can partly be operated in double function as a steam sauna.
