New building EDITION ON37
In a particularly charming location in Munich-Bogenhausen, we built this modern multi-family residence including four spacious villa apartments and one penthouse. EDITION ON37 was realized in the villa colony Am Priel-Hof, a historic residential district at the banks of the river Isar in Bogenhausen that is characterized by its neighbourhood of stately mansions.
In a particularly charming location in Munich, right above the "Herzogpark", we built this modern multi-family residence. EDITION ON37 was realized in the villa colony Am Priel-Hof, a historic residential district at the banks of the river Isar in Bogenhausen, which was founded in 1934 and is characterized by its neighbourhood of stately mansions.
The modern building was realized in sophisticated H-I-M architecture, featuring an elegant, generously glaced facade that floods the entrance area with natural light. The bright and friendly athmosphere continues throughout the property. Ceiling-high window elements with sliding doors as well as large sun terraces, balconies and loggias ensure that the residents of the south-facing building can enjoy the sunlight almost all day.
A highlight of EDITION ON37 is the penthouse. A floor space of 208 m² and a ceiling height of about 3 meters, it is particularly spacious. This is especially true for the bright, light-flooded Entrée: The penthouse is entered in the first floor, welcoming the residents with a two-storey air space of about 6 meters. Skylights accentuate the ambiance.
EDITION ON37 was built threshold-free, including elevator from the garage to the penthouse. The XL parking slots in the underground garage are equipped with connections for an electric filling station. Lockable bike safes provide room to easily store and secure quality bicycles.
