In a unique location in Obermenzing, directly at the Nymphenburg Canal, we are building an elegant villa ensemble in purist architecture based on the BAUHAUS philosophy. EDITION MA29 is being built at the end of a side arm of Marsopstrasse which has very little traffic. A wide green strip with old trees protects the property from view and, according to the garden statutes of the city of Munich, is already part of an extensive park, which invites to walks and leisure activities only a few steps further.

In Munich-Schwabing, just a few minutes' walk from the English Garden, we are currently building a high-quality multi-family villa with only five spacious villa apartments. A special detail of this new construction property are the generous loggias and sun terraces, which open to the south and extend the living space as additional sun rooms into nature. Due to the construction of the building as a mezzanine floor, the garden apartments on the first floor also receive a particularly large amount of light and offer a great view of the green surroundings.
