EDITION FL32 wird als Effizienzhaus 40 EE (Erneuerbare Energien-Klasse) realisiert. Dies bedeutet, dass der Primärenergiebedarf um 60 Prozent geringer als bei einem vergleichbaren Neubau ist. Die Kombination der Grundwasserwärmepumpe mit einer Photovoltaik-Anlage ist eine umweltfreundliche und nachhaltige Methode, die Ökologie und Ökonomie aufs Beste miteinander kombiniert.
Aus ökologischen und zugleich ökonomischen Gründen kommt eine Wärmepumpe mit Grundwasser als regenrative Wärmequelle in Kombination mit einer Photovoltaik-Anllage zum Einsatz. Das Grundwasser wird über Brunnen in den Außenanlagen nach Bedarf entnommen und zurückgeführt. Für die komfortable und hygienische Trinkwassererwärmung wird ein Frischwasser-Modul nach dem Durchlauferhitzer-Prinzip eingebaut.
