ECOLOGY AND ECONOMY IN HARMONY
EDITION FL32 is being built as an Efficiency House 40 EE (renewable energy class). This means that the primary energy requirement is 60 percent lower than for a comparable new build. The combination of the groundwater heat pump with a photovoltaic system is an environmentally friendly and sustainable method that combines ecology and economy in the best possible way.
For both ecological and economic reasons, a heat pump with groundwater is used as a regenerative heat source in combination with a photovoltaic system. The groundwater is extracted and returned as required via wells in the outdoor facilities. A fresh water module based on the instantaneous water heater principle is installed for convenient and hygienic domestic hot water heating.
